Welcome to STING
You have been granted access to a live STING demo server. This guide will walk you through your first login and some fun things to try.
Logging In
Step 1: Check Your Email
You should have received a magic link email from STING. Click the link to set up your account.
No email?
Check your spam folder. The email comes from the STING server and might get filtered.Step 2: Set Up Your Passkey
After clicking the magic link, you will be prompted to create a passkey. This is your secure, passwordless login method.
- On Mac/Windows: Your browser will offer to save the passkey to your device or password manager (1Password, iCloud Keychain, etc.)
- On Mobile: You can use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN
Tip
Passkeys are phishing-resistant and more secure than passwords. No more remembering complex strings!Step 3: You’re In!
Once your passkey is set up, you will land on the STING dashboard.
Things to Try
💬 Chat with Bee
Bee is your AI assistant that knows about STING and can help answer questions.
- Click Bee Chat in the sidebar
- Try asking something like:
- “What is STING and what can it do?”
- “How do Honey Jars work?”
- “Help me understand the security features”
- Notice how Bee pulls context from the knowledge base to give informed answers
Pro tip
Click the Honey Jar selector to connect Bee to specific knowledge bases for more focused answers.📄 Generate a Report
STING can generate AI-powered reports on topics you are researching.
- Go to Report Bee in the sidebar
- Click Generate Report
- Enter a prompt like:
- “Create a comparison of traditional document management vs AI-powered knowledge platforms”
- “Analyze best practices for organizing enterprise security documentation”
- Watch the progress bar as STING researches, writes, and quality-checks your report
- Download the finished PDF

Honey Jars are STING’s knowledge containers. Think of them as smart folders that understand their contents.
- Click Honey Jars in the sidebar
- Browse the available jars (some are pre-loaded with STING documentation)
- Click a jar to see its documents
- Try the Query with Bee button to ask questions about that specific jar’s contents
🎨 Personalize Your Experience
Change Your Theme
- Click the gear icon in the top-right
- Go to Appearance
- Try different themes:

Upload a Profile Picture
- Click your avatar in the top-right
- Select Profile
- Click the camera icon on your avatar
- Upload an image (JPG, PNG, or GIF)
🧺 Use Your Basket
The Basket is your personal document workspace.
- When viewing a report, click Add to Basket
- Go to Basket in the sidebar to see your saved items
- You can organize, download, or share items from here
